Saturday 18th October
10-1 – Jill Parker – The Classic Jill Parker Experience (JP1)
Immerse yourself in Jill’s masterfully taught fusion bellydance experience. This offering employs across the floor drills and combinations as a means of instilling healthy techniques, sustainable movement vocabulary, pristine posture, an emphasis on sensuality and embodiment, footwork, the balance between effort and ease, and much more. It’s the fusion workshop you never knew you needed!

1:15-3:15 – Sadie – Topic (Code)
Are you ready to put the ‘Belly’ back in Bellydance and to discover all the amazing things you can do with your abdominals? Sadie will take you step by step through a series of techniques; drills and combinations that will help you harness your powerhouse. This workshop will unleash your maximum potential!
The techniques will help you to create unbelievable undulations, rolls, flutters, pelvic locks, mayas, sways and so much more! And that just the beginning!! In addition to mastering the secrets of these complicated bellydance movements, you will also receive the benefit of a high intensity Ab workout! Are you ready to get Phenomenal Abdominals?

10-12 – Sadie – Baladi (SM2)
We will work on creating signature Baladi expressions, languid movements and strong
accents and combine them together with many of Sadie’s latest and greatest drum solo
techniques and combos.

Develop awareness and intentionality within the interplay between tension and relaxation for creating captivating movement quality.

3-5 – Jill Parker – Come to Mama! (JP3)
Jill spills the tea. Immerse yourself in stylized and sensuous technique, new movement vocabulary, yet more emphasis on technique and expression, decades of insightful philosophies, and finish with a gorgeous flow. Questions about stylizations, technique, vocabulary, history of fusion bellydance, etc are encouraged and welcome. This is the other fusion bellydance workshop you also never knew you needed, lol!
