Refunds Policy
Our refunds policy:
No refunds will be offered under any circumstances, unless the event is cancelled by Infusion Emporium and its employees. We will not be held responsible or offer any refunds for any classes or shows missed due to your inability to attend due to transport delays and strikes, weather, illness (including Covid-19), personal loss or any other act of god. In the case that you are unable to attend it is your responsibility to sell your places on to another party, however we will facilitate this in the case that we have waiting lists.
In the case of venue cancellations we will endeavour to find a replacement venue. In the event that a replacement venue cannot be found, if the event has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to this reason, we will offer transfer to the new date or a full refund if required. We will not offer refunds in the event that a replacement venue is found.
In the case of teacher cancellations or delays for reasons beyond out control, we will find a suitable replacement with the same level of experience as the teacher. If you prefer, we will offer you a transfer to a different workshop with any of the teachers if that workshop is not sold out. We will not offer refunds in the event of a teacher cancellation, unless we are unable to find a suitable replacement. In the event that no replacement can be found, the workshop will be cancelled or rescheduled and you will be offered a refund or a transfer to the new date.
By booking workshop and show tickets with Infusion Emporium, you are agreeing to these terms.
We strongly recommend you take out adequate travel insurance with Covid-19 cover, and ensure that you have confirmed the testing and vaccination requirements for you to travel to the UK.
